Role Overview
The Product Analyst partners with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive product delivery and continuous improvement.
The role translates complex business needs into actionable product requirements and bridges business users with technical teams.
Requirements and Product Delivery
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Support solution design, backlog refinement, story creation, and sprint planning.
- Ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholders, Testing, and Documentation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
- Clarify requirements for QA and assist with defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
- Maintain requirements, process flows, release notes, and documentation standards.
Domain and Automation
- Build expertise in pharmaceutical and life sciences data, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Apply domain knowledge to improve product quality and usability.
- Use AI and automation to improve requirements, documentation, validation, testing, reporting, and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
- Experience with Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence, engineering teams, and QA teams.
- Proficiency in Excel and other business productivity tools.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience applying AI and automation to product development or business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data domains.
- Familiarity with US healthcare systems and data environments.
