Role Overview

Requirements and Product Delivery

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Support solution design, backlog refinement, story creation, and sprint planning.
• Ensure requirements are testable, complete, and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholders, Testing, and Documentation

• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and client-facing teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
• Clarify requirements for QA and assist with defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
• Maintain requirements, process flows, release notes, and documentation standards.

Domain and Automation

• Build expertise in pharmaceutical and life sciences data, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply domain knowledge to improve product quality and usability.
• Use AI and automation to improve requirements, documentation, validation, testing, reporting, and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence, engineering teams, and QA teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and other business productivity tools.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience applying AI and automation to product development or business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare data domains.
• Familiarity with US healthcare systems and data environments.
