Product Manager
Drive innovation within by identifying new business ideas, developing business cases and financial models, and leading end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept to launch and iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate product opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, or customer experience.
- Develop business cases including market analysis, financial projections (Capex/Opex, ROI), and risk assessment.
- Lead product lifecycle: planning, execution, launch, adoption, and post-launch reviews.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners (government, logistics, vendors).
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements or corrective actions.
- Present roadmaps and insights to leadership.
- Stay current on global postal/e-commerce logistics trends.
