Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Service, Student Services, Student Affairs, Admissions/Registration, Helpdesk, Front Office (Education Sector)
  • Respond to student enquiries via Telephone, Email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and Social Media
