- Manage procurement activities from requisition to purchase order and contract award
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct commercial evaluations
- Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bid evaluations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and service providers
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation
- Monitor procurement spend, cost savings, and procurement KPIs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide procurement support
- Prepare procurement reports, market analysis, and management presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Procurement Specialist: 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience
- Senior Procurement Specialist: 5–8+ years of relevant procurement experience
- Strong experience in sourcing, tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiations
- Knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management, and procurement best practices
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
