Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders based on the procurement manager's directives
- Monitor the delivery schedule and quantities agreed upon, ensuring compliance
- Track international shipments from booking until arrival at warehouse
- Prepare and review import documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin)
- Coordinate with shipping companies and customs brokers regarding import clearance documents
- Manage product registration through the SABER platform and ensure compliance with Saudi requirements (SASO)
- Monitor issuance of compliance certificates (PCC/SCC) before shipment
- Monitor receipt of goods and ensure compliance with quantities and specifications
- Update procurement and shipment data in the system (ERP/Excel)
- Prepare reports on pending requests and shipments for tracking
- Archive and organize procurement and import documents
- Monitor discrepancies or losses and prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and import operations
- Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements (SABER, SASO)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
- Strong organizational and documentation skills

Objective of the Position
- Support the procurement manager in executing local and international purchasing operations, ensuring compliance with requests from suppliers and guaranteeing the accuracy of documents and logistics processes until the goods reach the warehouse according to the established schedule and budget, while
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders based on the procurement manager's directives.
- Monitor the delivery schedule and quantities agreed upon, ensuring compliance.
- Track international shipments from the moment of booking until they arrive at the warehouse.
- Prepare and review import documents (invoice – packing list – bill of lading – certificate of origin).
