About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source materials, products, and equipment as per project requirements
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, projects, stores, and finance teams for procurement planning
- Procure landscape materials, solar equipment, pharmaceutical supplies, FM consumables, and MEP materials
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material quality
- Maintain approved supplier database and develop new vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages
- Verify invoices, delivery notes, and procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, company policies, and applicable standards
- Prepare procurement reports and support cost saving initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Landscape, Solar, Facility Management, MEP, Construction, or Pharmaceutical
- Strong negotiation and cost control skills
- Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Purpose
- To procure materials, equipment, subcontractor services, and consumables for Landscape, Solar Energy, Pharmaceutical, Facility Management, MEP etc projects while ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source materials, products and equipment as per project requirements.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, projects, stores, and finance teams for procurement planning.
- Procure landscape materials (plants, irrigation, hardscape), solar equipment (PV panels, inverters, structures, cables), pharmaceutical, FM consumables, MEP materials and supplies etc.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and material quality.
- Maintain approved supplier database and develop new vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages.

Qualifications
