For you to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 6–7 years of relevant procurement experience.
Experience within construction materials or similar industries is preferred.
Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
Strong command of the English language; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time constraints.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to guide and support team members.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong planning and organizational skills.
