تشمل الوظيفة البحث عن موردين جدد محليًا ودوليًا وتحقيق أفضل الأسعار والجودة ومواعيد التوريد.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- البحث عن الموردين ومقارنة الأسعار والعروض.
- التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والشروط.
- إصدار ومتابعة طلبات الشراء حتى التسليم.
- متابعة الشحنات ومواعيد التوريد والتنسيق مع الموردين.
- بناء وتطوير قاعدة بيانات الموردين.
- التأكد من مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفات المطلوبة.
- متابعة الفواتير والمستندات المتعلقة بالمشتريات.
- البحث عن منتجات وموردين جدد داخل وخارج المملكة.
المتطلبات
- خبرة من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال المشتريات.
- إجادة التفاوض والتواصل مع الموردين.
- إجادة استخدام Excel وMicrosoft Office.
- مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على البحث والتعامل مع الموردين من الصين وتركيا ودول أخرى.
- شخصية منظمة ودقيقة وتتمتع بمهارات متابعة عالية.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في المقاولات أو مواد البناء أو المسابح أو اللاندسكيب.
