- Plan and execute cost-effective procurement of goods and services for operations and projects.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisition review, PO issuance, tracking, and closure.
- Coordinate with project teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers; explore local and international sourcing opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, update pricing, and support cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and approval procedures.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoice verification, reconciliation, and payments.
- Prepare procurement reports on cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
