- **Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.**
- **Request and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure best value purchases.**
- **Prepare purchase orders and contracts in line with company policies and procedures.**
- **Track and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods/services.**
- **Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to forecast procurement needs.**
- **Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.**
- **Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management review.**
- **Develop and maintain supplier databases and performance records.**
