- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Minimum 5+ years of construction site experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Good understanding of safety regulations and site safety practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
