- We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing construction team.
- **4–5 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry**
- **Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory)**
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and site procedures
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Supervise daily construction site operations
- Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Report site progress and issues to project management
