Responsibilities
- Purchase auto spare parts based on operational requirements.
- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and maintain supplier relationships.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts to secure best value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all procured items.
- Work with the quality team to check that parts meet required standards.
- Maintain records of purchases, prices, and supplier performance.
- Follow company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in auto spare parts procurement.
- Good knowledge of auto parts, suppliers, and market trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
