Core Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Develop and refresh health-conscious menus, including seasonal offerings and promotions.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, suppliers, and cost control.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead café teams, including chefs, baristas, and service staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, address feedback, and drive customer loyalty.
- Prepare budgets, monitor sales performance, and implement revenue-growth strategies.
- Analyze sales and market trends to identify business and operational opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Partner with Health Club Management to align F&B offerings with wellness and fitness objectives.
- Coordinate F&B requirements for events, activations, and special occasions.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and quality regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven F&B management experience is required.
- Experience in health-focused concepts or specialty coffee chains is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong financial, analytical, and cost-control capabilities.
- Customer-focused with strong commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Creative approach to menu development, promotions, and business growth.
