- Create purchase orders and ensure timely availability of resources for projects
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and regularly assess their performance
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to secure long term partnerships
- Monitor supplier adherence to contract terms and resolve any disputes or issues
- Conduct market research to benchmark pricing and identify cost saving opportunities
- Coordinate inspections or testing of materials and address quality concerns with suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communications
- Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to internal departments
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in roadworks & infrastructure
- Knows how to speak in Tagalog
- Procurement: 2 years (Required)
- Infrastructure & roadworks: 2 years (Required)

Job Description
