Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from purchase requisition to purchase order and delivery.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers in accordance with company procurement policies.
- Obtain competitive quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
- Purchase media related services including production, events, advertising, digital marketing, branding, creative services, printing, and consultancy.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier performance evaluations.
- Prepare commercial comparison reports, cost benefit analyses, and procurement recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and contract management procedures.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and support spend analysis and reporting.
- Identify procurement risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, preferably in media related services
- Knowledge of procurement policies and contract management procedures
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
