Role Overview

Procurement Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requirements, budgets, purchasing plans, specifications, tenders, supplier evaluations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Lead quotation analysis, commercial negotiations, supplier recommendations, and procurement expenditure monitoring.
• Monitor production, quality, logistics, customs, warehousing, delivery, and risks against hotel opening timelines.
• Coordinate sample approvals, receiving, inspections, inventory verification, snagging, replacements, and final hotel handover.
• Support multiple pre-opening projects and contribute to improved procurement standards, preferred suppliers, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant procurement experience is required, preferably in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or large-scale development projects.
• Hotel pre-opening procurement and OS&E experience is highly preferred.
• Experience managing projects from budgeting and tendering through delivery and operational handover is required.
• Strong knowledge of hotel OS&E categories, procurement processes, supplier management, logistics, and inventory coordination is required.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, numerical, analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities are required.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency is required; procurement or ERP systems experience is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills are required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Travel to project locations, suppliers, factories, and hotel sites may be required.

• The role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where hotel opening dates and project milestones are critical.
