The Barista prepares high-quality coffee and beverages, provides excellent guest service, and maintains a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other hot and cold beverages.
- Greet guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related coffee equipment.
- Follow recipes and quality standards for consistent drink preparation.
- Maintain the coffee bar, workstations, and seating areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Stock and replenish coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
- Follow health and safety regulations, food handling requirements, and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso drinks is a plus.
- Strong guest service and communication skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork are required.
- The role requires standing for long periods and lifting milk jugs and coffee bean bags.
- Flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.
