- Manage local and international procurement activities
- Source and negotiate with overseas suppliers
- Monitor and track international shipments from dispatch to warehouse delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
- Optimize procurement costs using Odoo ERP
- Lead the procurement team and ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with leadership experience preferred
- Strong hands on experience with Odoo ERP
- Proven experience sourcing from international suppliers
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and leadership skills
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, heavy equipment, industrial trading, or equipment rental is an advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
