Overview
- Lead the entire procurement cycle for construction projects, from initial planning to contract close-out, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget constraints.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, securing the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms for all materials and services.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key categories including raw materials, commodities, ingredients, packaging, and indirect materials, with cost reduction and cash release targets
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favourable terms, including pricing, quality, delivery, and sustainability commitments.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across all construction projects.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of approved vendors and suppliers, regularly assessing their performance and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with various teams to support operational needs and provide internal sourcing assistance.
- Engage in audits and standardize procurement practices while maintaining organized documentation.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and ensure compliance with aviation audit standards.
