Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures related to procurement activities
- Ensure alignment of procurement processes with local regulations, internal standards, and best practices
- Develop and manage procurement reporting tools and dashboards to facilitate data driven decision making
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance metrics, compliance, and risk assessments to senior management
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist in the auditing of procurement processes to ensure adherence to established governance frameworks and compliance with legal standards
- Support the identification and mitigation of procurement related risks throughout the procurement lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to promote a culture of governance and compliance within procurement
- Facilitate training and workshops for procurement staff on governance policies and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance, or reporting within a large organization
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus

Role Overview
- The Specialist Procurement Governance & Reporting plays a critical role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of procurement activities at Qiddiya Investment Company.
- This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Additionally, the Specialist will develop and manage reporting systems to ensure effective monitoring of procurement performance and compliance.
