- Evaluate supplier quotations, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with technical, project, and finance teams to align procurement decisions with business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels for IT equipment and services, and support continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Regular reporting on procurement status, cost optimization, and supplier performance.
Requirements
- Strong purchasing and procurement skills, including Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management.
- Solid analytical skills to evaluate quotations, compare vendors, optimize costs, and support data driven decisions.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
- Relevant experience in IT industry procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement systems or ERP platforms, and familiarity with UAE market and regulations, are advantageous.
- UAE National (Emirati).
