Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day health, safety, and environmental activities across projects and facilities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits, identify hazards, implement corrective actions
- Lead accident and incident investigations, prepare reports, track corrective and preventive measures
- Develop and deliver HSE trainings
- Support risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain documentation and records
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and EHS
- Hands on experience in Accident Investigation and Inspection
- Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent)
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in construction, MEP, ELV, ICT, or infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare reports
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with permit to work systems and site safety management
- Ability to work on site across multiple locations in Dubai

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Health Safety Environment (HSE) Supervisor role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The HSE Supervisor will oversee day to day health, safety, and environmental activities across projects and facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections and audits, identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring the effectiveness of safety controls.
- The role involves leading accident and incident investigations, preparing reports, and tracking corrective and preventive measures.
- The HSE Supervisor will also develop and deliver HSE trainings, support risk assessments and method statements, maintain documentation and records, and collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), with the ability to implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Hands on experience in Accident Investigation and Inspection, including root cause analysis, reporting, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent) and knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience in construction, ICT, technology, or similar project based environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate HSE documentation, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and dashboards.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on site across multiple locations in Dubai, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to urgent HSE issues.
- Familiarity with permit to work systems and site safety management.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in construction, MEP, ELV, ICT, or infrastructure projects.

- NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
- IOSH Managing Safely or IOSH Working Safely
- Fire Safety / Fire Warden Training
Preferred Qualifications
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor Certification
- ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Certification
- UAE Driving License
- Experience in Data Centers, ELV, ICT, or Smart Building Projects
