Job Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented ELV Draftsman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, strong AutoCAD proficiency, and 2–5+ years of hands on experience in ELV systems drafting.
- In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, system schematics, route layouts, and as built drawings for a variety of security, communication, and low voltage systems.
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Networks, PA/AV Systems, and Home Automation is highly preferred.
- Candidates with UAE/GCC project experience and familiarity with local authority requirements such as TDRA, SIRA, and ADMCC will have an added advantage.
Core Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a closely related technical field.
- 2 to 5+ years of dedicated experience in ELV and security system drafting, with many regional roles (especially in the UAE) requiring local experience.
- Advanced 2D proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Applicants must understand standard ELV and ICT systems, which typically include: Structured Cabling and Fiber Optic Networks; CCTV and Video Surveillance; Access Control Systems and Intercoms; Public Address (PA) and Audio Visual (AV) Systems; GRMS, Home automation Systems.
