Role Overview
Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendors, and ensuring timely availability at competitive prices.
The role focuses on B2B cement, construction materials, or industrial procurement.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and documentation.
- Source cement, construction materials, packaging materials, spare parts, consumables, and other required products or services.
- Evaluate suppliers by price, quality, availability, payment terms, delivery timelines, and reliability.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery conditions, and commercial agreements.
- Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve delays, shortages, quality issues, or discrepancies.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier quotations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Prepare reports covering purchases, pricing, supplier performance, savings, pending orders, and market developments.
