Job Summary
Manage logistics operations for commodities, primarily minerals supplied to cement companies in the UAE and wider Middle East.
Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue growth in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors in the minerals and petrochemicals sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, pricing strategies, and new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics operations for rocks or minerals.
- Experience in minerals or petrochemicals is ideal.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of regional and international commodity markets is an advantage.
