- We are seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer (MEP) with solid experience and strong knowledge of MEP materials and systems to join our team.
- The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
- Source and procure MEP materials (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems) based on project requirements
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for accurate material selection
- Prepare and evaluate RFQs, quotations, and vendor proposals
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms
- Ensure materials meet project specifications and standards
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery to site
- Maintain supplier database and evaluate vendor performance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
