Develop architectural drawings, plans, and three-dimensional models utilizing standard software, while ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to choose the best materials, finishes, and colors that align with the project's design vision and budget.
- Engage with clients to gather project requirements, address design inquiries, and incorporate feedback into the design process in a constructive manner.
- Prepare precise architectural drawings and presentations utilizing software including 3ds Max, Revit, Google SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Photoshop.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with local regulations (MMUP Qatar) and are aligned with budgetary constraints.
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution and delivery.
- Review and design architectural, interior design, fit-out, and landscape plans with attention to detail.
- Ensure comprehensive coordination between the architectural discipline and other related fields, documenting any clashes and discrepancies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), along with logs and tasks, to ensure project progress.
- Provide clear guidance to draftsmen and ensure the submission of all required shop drawings, materials, methods, and requests for information (RFIs).
- Collaborate with subcontractors to oversee the timely submission of engineering documents, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
