Overview
Experienced Accountant will manage financial records, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute to the financial efficiency of the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports specific to the joinery projects.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with project managers and senior management
- Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and company policies
- Monitor project costs and track variances to support profitability analysis
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions as required.
- Maintain general ledger, perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Implement and improve financial controls and procedures.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
