A leading Automotive Group in KSA is urgently seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations across multiple business units.
This is a leadership role designed for Saudi nationals with strong expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies across construction, logistics, marketing, facilities, and operations
- Manage high-value procurement budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cost evaluations
- Identify and qualify new suppliers to enhance sourcing efficiency
- Oversee contract management, T&Cs, and change order processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals
- Lead and mentor procurement teams to achieve performance targets
Requirements
- 10-15 years of proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role (Director level preferred)
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience managing large procurement budgets and complex projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
