Role Description
Lead procurement strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing operations.
Focus on cost optimization, supplier performance, supply continuity, and procurement efficiency.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead sourcing, purchasing, tendering, and supplier selection.
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor procurement costs, KPIs, savings, and performance.
- Identify cost-reduction and value-optimization opportunities.
- Oversee purchase orders, quotations, bids, and tenders.
- Coordinate procurement with finance, operations, and project teams.
- Monitor market prices, supplier capacity, and industry trends.
- Identify and manage supply risks and alternative sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Manage procurement budgets, spending, forecasts, and cost controls.
Process and Team Management
- Improve procurement processes, systems, and efficiency.
- Prepare procurement reports and management recommendations.
- Lead, develop, and manage the procurement team.
