Role Description
Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
Support the company’s financial performance and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
- Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Ensure accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Manage banking relationships, liquidity, and financing activities.
- Identify and manage financial and business risks.
- Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze costs, investments, capital expenditure, and business performance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in finance and senior financial management.
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
