Key Responsibilities

  • Support procurement planning and execution for EPCM projects.
  • Coordinate RFQs, supplier communications, bid documentation, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and procurement reports.
  • Track supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and procurement milestones.
  • Support bid evaluations, commercial reviews, and supplier selection processes.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project controls, logistics, and project teams.
  • Monitor procurement risks, delivery issues, and escalation items.
  • Ensure procurement documentation complies with project procedures and governance requirements.
  • Support contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in EPCM, mining, construction, or industrial projects.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Saudi market practices and local content requirements is an asset.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
