- Create, compile, and execute the annual organizational procurement plan by initiating optimal sourcing methods, tendering processes, and direct purchases
- Issue and monitor purchase orders to verify compliance with technical specifications regarding quality, quantity, and pricing
- Coordinate the selection, engagement, and contract compliance of external vendors and suppliers
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and logistics of facilities, office supplies, and general support services like cleaning and security
- Follow all departmental policies and standard operating procedures while contributing to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and preparation of timely financial and operational reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, including at least 3 years in positions of increasing managerial responsibilities
- Experience in the power, energy, or water sectors is mandatory
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory
- Demonstrated problem solving ability, analytical thinking, and hands on operational experience within the GCC culture
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, senior executives, and external partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Role Overview
- We are seeking a specialized Procurement and GS Coordinator to support and drive key supply chain and administration operations.
- This role requires a Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering background combined with a deep understanding of the power, energy, and water sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, compile, and execute the annual organizational procurement plan by initiating optimal sourcing methods, tendering processes, and direct purchases.
- Issue and monitor purchase orders to verify compliance with technical specifications regarding quality, quantity, and pricing.
- Coordinate the selection, engagement, and contract compliance of external vendors and suppliers to efficiently fulfill organizational purchasing needs.
- Evaluate and improve procurement tools and processes based on departmental and supplier feedback to increase operational accuracy.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and logistics of facilities, office supplies, and general support services like cleaning and security.
- Follow all departmental policies and standard operating procedures while contributing to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and the preparation of timely financial and operational reports.
Qualifications & Skills
