- Responsibilities - Perform regular checks on Multi-Stage Flash Evaporation systems, ensuring all components are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Oversee the initiation and shutdown of MSFE units according to operational procedures to maximize output and minimize wear.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all operational data, including ODG readings and equipment status reports.
- Manage chemical levels and preparations necessary for MSFE operations, conducting routine chemical analyses to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Carry out regular sample analysis for process streams within the MSFE to monitor system efficiency and output quality.
