Role Purpose
- Coordinates procurement across AI and technology projects including hardware, software, platforms, cloud services, and licenses to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Key Responsibilities* Coordinate procurement requests, vendor quotations, and purchase orders.
- Track delivery schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance artifacts.
- Coordinate with PMs, technical teams, and finance for approvals and tracking.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Requirements* Experience in procurement coordination (technology procurement preferred).
- Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.
Required Certifications* CIPS (Plus)
Language: Strong English (spoken and written)
