Role Purpose
Coordinates procurement across AI and technology projects including hardware, software, platforms, cloud services, and licenses to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement requests, vendor quotations, and purchase orders
- Track delivery schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines
- Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and compliance artifacts
- Coordinate with PMs, technical teams, and finance for approvals and tracking
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in procurement coordination (technology procurement preferred)
- Strong documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills
Required Certifications
- CIPS (Plus)
- Language: Strong English (spoken and written)
