- Manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of hosting environments
- Troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in similar projects
- Strong experience in IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and application hosting
- Strong hands on experience with IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting web applications and production environments
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls
- Experience managing SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls
- Familiarity with change management, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java based applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF
- Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing
