Procurement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply-related issues.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders and maintain procurement schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning to avoid stock shortages.
• Support contract documentation, vendor evaluations, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approved budgets.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform other duties assigned by management based on business and departmental requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
• Two to four years of procurement or purchasing experience is required.
• Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or engineering industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure is required.
• Tagalog proficiency is preferred.
