About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement & Contract Management Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and contract administration for temporary infrastructure packages supporting a large-scale international football tournament.

Role Overview
- We are looking for a Procurement & Contract Management Manager to support the delivery of temporary infrastructure for a large scale international football tournament.
- This role will be responsible for managing end to end procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor performance to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of all temporary infrastructure packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for temporary infrastructure packages (overlay, utilities, structures, equipment, etc.)
- Manage the full procurement cycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award
- Prepare and review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation in line with project requirements
- Oversee contract drafting, administration, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with project needs
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with internal policies and governance standards
- Track procurement timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
