🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager Buyer – Procurement & Warehouse
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for Oil & Gas projects and operational requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding RFQs, quotations, delivery schedules, and technical clarifications.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships across the UAE/GCC market.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual terms, and HSE standards.
- Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and service quality.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and procurement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate documentation related to quotations, certificates, approvals, and supplier compliance.
- Resolve procurement-related complaints, vendor issues, and delivery escalations efficiently.
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams for smooth procurement.
