Role Overview
Support sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and procurement operations for goods and services.
Evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, manage purchase orders, and help achieve reliable supply and cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify suppliers and request quotations, pricing, specifications, and delivery information.
- Compare supplier proposals based on cost, quality, lead time, service, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on outstanding or delayed deliveries.
- Maintain supplier databases, purchasing records, and procurement documentation.
Supplier and Process Support
- Assist with supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Investigate and help resolve purchasing discrepancies, quality concerns, and delivery issues.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend summaries, supplier updates, and purchasing analyses.
