Role Overview
Full-time Procurement Assistant / Specialist role supporting sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and procurement operations.
The role focuses on reliable supply, cost-effective purchasing, supplier evaluation, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and procurement activities for goods and services.
- Identify suppliers and request quotations, pricing, specifications, and delivery information.
- Compare supplier proposals using cost, quality, lead time, service, and commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate supplier communications, order tracking, delivery follow-up, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal stakeholders.
- Resolve purchasing discrepancies, quality concerns, and delivery issues.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend summaries, supplier updates, and purchasing analyses.
- Support negotiations, cost savings, process improvements, and compliance with company procedures.

- Strong organizational, analytical, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
