Role Description

Core Responsibilities

• Issue and track purchase orders and verify requisitions against budget approvals.
• Track supplier delivery schedules and resolve order discrepancies.
• Request competitive quotations and conduct preliminary vendor evaluations.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
• Match delivery orders or receipts against vendor invoices.
• Monitor inventory replenishment triggers and stock status.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, purchasing, commerce, or a related discipline.
• Practical understanding of purchasing cycles, purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and goods receipt notes.
• Ability to compile quotations, evaluate commercial terms, perform cost comparisons, and track supplier delivery timelines.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with three-way matching is listed as a qualification.
• Working knowledge or exposure to ERP purchasing or inventory platforms is listed.
