Full-time remote procurement support role for the research group's purchasing and procurement activities.

Supports acquisition of equipment, software licenses, materials, and services needed for IoT-UC projects.

Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain supplier, contract, and inventory records.
Coordinate with researchers, administrators, and external vendors to ensure timely acquisition of required goods and services.
Obtain and compare quotes, monitor budgets, and assist with procurement-policy documentation.

Skills in purchasing processes and purchasing, including basic knowledge of procurement workflows and policies.
Skills in purchase orders, including preparation, tracking, and documentation of orders and related records.
Procurement skills including supplier coordination, quote comparison, and contract or agreement follow-up.
Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Relevant experience in administrative support, supply chain, or procurement roles may be applicable.
Familiarity with university or research procurement environments is beneficial.
