Role Description
An Accounts Assistant supports daily accounting activities, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, financial records, and administrative finance tasks.
Employment Type

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting and finance activities.
- Process invoices, receipts, payment requests, and accounting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank, supplier, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
- Assist with payment processing and expense claims.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and payment schedules.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and payment documents.
- Prepare basic financial reports, schedules, and summaries.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing.
- Assist with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
