As a Procurement Assistant / Purchasing Assistant / Procurement Coordinator, you will support daily procurement and purchasing activities, supplier coordination, purchase order management, and procurement administration. You will help ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently, orders are pro
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier sourcing, quotation requests, price comparisons, and purchasing activities
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring accurate product, pricing, quantity, and delivery information
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment documentation
- Maintain accurate supplier records, procurement files, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up on outstanding, delayed, or incomplete deliveries
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth purchasing and fulfillment
- Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor evaluations, and supplier performance tracking
