Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records across ERP systems, spreadsheets, WMS platforms, and internal databases.
- Monitor stock levels, receipts, transfers, adjustments, product movements, and inventory transactions.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain accurate stock information.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
- Track low-stock items, excess inventory, slow-moving products, and potential inventory risks.
- Assist with replenishment activities, purchase orders, stock transfers, and inventory planning.
- Maintain accurate SKU information, product records, inventory documentation, and supporting files.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, reconciliation reports, and KPI updates for management.
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, stock reviews, and corrective actions when required.
