Finance Assistant / Finance Coordinator

Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of finance administration, accounting processes, reconciliations, invoicing, expenses, and financial documentation
• Familiarity with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills with excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting processes
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fully remote environment
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable mindset with a strong commitment to financial accuracy and operational efficiency
