Process Technician/Setup Technician - 3rd Shift

Qualifications

• · 1+ years of technical, process, and setup experience in the plastic injection molding industry preferred.
• · Familiarity with Scientific Molding techniques and methodologies (optional)
• · Experience with various resins, such as PP, Nylon, Glass-filled materials, TPE, TPU, ABS, and other engineered resins.
• · Knowledge of mold hot runner controllers, sequential valve gates, auxiliary equipment, dryers, and thermolators.
• · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• · Problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and solution-based thinking.
• · Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with good interpersonal skills.
• · Good verbal and written communication skills (able to read and write in English).
• · Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• · Experience with machine tonnages from 1400 tons to 2400 tons is an asset.
• · Willingness to work flexible hours or various shifts.
